General Anesthesia Rate: $385/hour

Cardiac Anesthesia Rate: $450/hour

Dates & Required Availability:  Strongly prefer locums who can cover 2+ weeks every month.

Shift & Call Details:  8 and 10 hour shifts options are expected but they are still working through details.  (7a-3p or 7a-5p) NO CALL - Candidates must be flexible for both 8 and 10 hour shifts. 

* Licensure: If MD has IMLC - Apply for WI License ASAP. Can be obtained in only 5-10 days.

Job Details:

• Setting:  OR’s (32ish OR’s overall)
• Patient Volume: The sites see 140 cases per day total.
• Required Procedures:  General cases, also docs who do Gen and Card cases both, etc. All cases are available - We only schedule our physician locums in rooms by themselves. 
• # MD’s and # CRNA’s in practice: Currently 31MDs, 22 CRNAs, and 3 CAAs
• EMR: EPIC
• Client Requirements:
